CSLAB has consolidated in recent times its position within the network of Official Verification Laboratories (LVO) of Sernapesca, with a development strategy that the company defines around four pillars and that will guide its growth plan towards 2030. According to the company, this approach has led it to become the main LVO of the inspection service.

The first pillar is the expansion of its service offer. With the recent incorporation of canning analyses, CSLAB positions itself as the LVO with the widest analytical scope, which allows it to cover a broader range of requirements of the producing and exporting industry.

In the center of the industry

The second axis is location. The company announced the upcoming opening of branches in Puerto Montt, which will place it in the main hub of national aquaculture. According to CSLAB, "this presence will allow to optimize technical, logistical and economic aspects, both for companies that require its services and for the regulatory body" said Karina Peña, head of project development.

El tercer pilar corresponde al fortalecimiento de su departamento de Investigación y Desarrollo. En esta línea CSLAB se encuentra ejecutando el proyectoResearch and development in methodologies for the detection and classification of PFAS prevalent in the environment and Chilean marine products", within the framework of the I+D CORFO Law with a certified amount of more than $1,300 million", said the company's commercial manager Carlos Salas.

Timely and personalized attention

The fourth pillar is customer service. CSLAB bets on timely and personalized service as its main differentiator.

With these four axes as a roadmap, CSLAB sets its development plan for 2030, a strategy whose results are already beginning to be noticed.
