Javier Calvo, Commercial Manager of Ventisqueros, highlighted that "Asia is a key market for the Chilean salmon industry, and events such as the China Fisheries & Seafood Expo allow us to strengthen commercial relationships and understand first-hand the trends and requirements of consumers. For Ventisqueros, participating together with ProChile reinforces our commitment to a solid international presence, based on quality, innovation and" sustainability”.
“For Manuelita Aquicultura, participating in China Fisheries & Seafood Expo is a key step in our market diversification strategy. Today our presence in Asia, and particularly in China, is still limited, so being here allows us to approach potential trading partners, better understand consumer trends and open up new opportunities for our products. ProChile's support has been fundamental to make this participation possible and to enhance the visibility of the Chilean offer in such a competitive market. We see an enormous potential for growth in Asia, especially due to the growing interest in healthy, sustainable and high quality sea products such as Chilean mussels,” explained Gabriel Gouet, Commercial Manager of Manuelita Aquicultura.
