The company has -among other things- an Automatic Aeration System ODiN with Remote Monitoring.
During the last few weeks a series of harmful algal blooms (HAB), also known as "algal blooms", which has generated massive mortalities of salmonids in farming centers operating in the Los Lagos and Aysén regions.

In this scenario, one of the suppliers to the aquaculture industry that has increased its efforts to develop technologies that allow facing the impact of algal blooms on fish is CPI Chile.
In conversation with Partnerfish and the Aquaculture Board (DA)your general manager, Javier Ulloa, he explained that each growing center faces unique challenges, especially with regard to NAFs, "and this is why we offer custom options that adapt to the specific needs of each client."
One of those options is the Manual Aeration System that, with a tailor-made design and considering factors such as location, center design and level of risk, allows to assure, in the words of Jorge Ulloa, "a low cost solution that ensures the best protection against NAF available in the market".
Operational sustainability
Another of the technologies developed by CPI is the ODiN Automatic Aeration System with Remote Monitoring, which combines the efficiency of automation with greater protection against NAF.
"The automated 24/7 operation and real-time monitoring through a online platform, offer complete control of the operation, even at a distance, collecting crucial data for informed decision-making," said the CPI executive helmman, adding that to effectively address environmental challenges, they also have a Oxygenation system with Nanoburbujas.
"This system ensures a precise supply of oxygen, incorporating nanobubbles to improve oxygen transfer efficiency and resist environmental changes, such as increases in temperature and low oxygen," he said.
Before closing your dialogue with Partnerfish and the DAJorge Ulloa said that "the benefits of the solutions developed by the company are remarkable", translating into health, animal welfare, optimal fish growthas well as adaptability to changing needs, environmental resilience and increased operational sustainability.
"From design to installation and continuous service, at CPI Chile We're engaged. every step of the way to ensure the success of salmoniccultor operations," he concluded.
