"Ingredients for the aquaculture industry of the future" was the emblematic phrase of the event.
This Tuesday 12 September was carried out, in the Enjoy Hotel of the city of Puerto Varas, Los Lagos Region, the first workshop titled AquaSpeech: Conversations that need to be had.
The activity, which is the first of this new cycle of events called AquaSpeech, brought together representatives of companies that produce fish food, as well as companies that produce additives, micro-ingredients, proteins, enzymes and inputs for the feeding of hydrobiological species.
In the instance, which was also transmitted via streaming, it was attended by exhibitors from firms from Chile and the world, who announced the latest advances in fish nutrition, mainly salmonids.
In the day participated 145 attendees and added presentations by representatives of Aker Biomarine, Nuseed, Greenvolution, Kaura Coproducts, Nuproxa, HP Ingredients, Symrise and Veramaris.
"We thank the organization for making possible instances of this kind in Chile, where we were able to be present and dialogue with national and international exhibitors about, among other things, the inclusion of vegetable ingredients in fish diets, which is precisely the fundamental objective of our Technological Program for Local Production of Nutritional Insumes for Aquaculture (PTEC-INVA) powered by Corfo", valued the Dr Daniel Nieto Díaz-Muñoz, who is the manager of PTEC-INVA, adding that: "Now we see each other, to count on Tuesday September 26, at the stand we will have at the International Conference and Expo InnAqua 2023, whose organization is in charge of Aquaculture Innovation Club".
