Expansion will allow more innovators to present their projects and access an initiative designed to promote sustainability and innovation in the local industry.
KëtrawaLab announces the extension of the application deadline for the first generation of the Volcanes Incubation Program, with the aim of providing more opportunities to entrepreneurs and startups from the Los Lagos Region and the whole country. The new deadline for applications will be on 21 March 2025, at 15:00 hours.
Due to the great interest and high demand generated, this expansion will allow more innovators to present their projects and access an initiative designed to promote sustainability and innovation in the local industry.
Additionally, KëtrawaLab, in collaboration with the UC Anacleto Angelini Innovation Center and with funding from the Potencia Incubadora de Corfo fund, invites the entrepreneurial community and all those interested in innovation and sustainability to the official launch of the program, which will take place on Tuesday, 11 March, from 18:00 hours, in the Gran Salon of the German Club Tropera (San Jose street 515, Puerto Varas).
During the event, details of the program will be presented, questions will be answered and there will be the presence of representatives from KëtrawaLab, the UC Innovation Center and Corfo, as well as prominent panelists, entrepreneurs and regional ecosystem actors.
"The response we have received has been incredible," comments María José Urrutia, from KëtrawaLab. "We are very happy to be able to extend the deadline and give entrepreneurs more time to submit their projects. In addition, we want to invite them all to the launch, so they can get to know this initiative up close, which seeks to promote sustainability and innovation in our region."
