The commercial engineer, Gustavo Leiva Salum, joined the company this month of January, where he will be responsible for providing a strategic vision to further boost the business, as well as maintaining a fluid and close relationship with customers.
ADL Diagnostic Chile - diagnostic center, biotechnology, research and development, epidemiological surveillance and environmental services, leader in the aquaculture industry - announced the recent incorporation of Gustavo Leiva Salum as commercial manager.
The executive is a business engineer from the Universidad del Desarrollo and has an MBA from the Universidad de Chile. In his more than 15 years of professional experience, he has led commercial teams in prominent national and multinational companies, contributing a strategic vision to the business and a high capacity to lead organizational transformation processes.
Throughout his career, he has held responsible positions in companies such as Walmart, where he led organizational change and commercial management processes, and the Cencosud group, where he directed regional sales teams for the markets of Chile, Peru and Colombia. He also successfully worked at Enel, MallplazaChile and Territoria.
In ADL, Gustavo Leiva will be in charge of coordinating the company's commercial activities from an innovative and long-term perspective, driving new projects and maintaining a close and effective relationship with customers, both in the fish health area and the environment.
