From the bank of the Calle Calle river, where we have held the naval construction seminar, I send a very affectionate greeting to all the students of the Austral University who are studying Naval Engineering. I want to tell you that you have chosen well, because you are fundamental in thinking about the policy. I am sure you can make a very important contribution to the development of Chile, to the development of this region in particular and for the development of an area that is not very widespread in the academic world. My congratulations to the authorities who created this career; they were really visionaries.
So expressed the Minister of Defense, Adriana Delpiano, who participated in the seminar National Naval Construction Policy: a national and territorial vision, aimed at analyzing the impact of this public policy in the Los Ríos Region, carried out at the Asenav Shipyard in Valdivia.
