All companies that wish to participate and submit their data must be previously registered in ProChile – Portals.

From this week, ProChile it has a new application form for all registered user companies that wish to participate in the various activities organized and promoted by the institution, such as visits to international fairs, promotion on e-commerce platforms, business missions, among others.

The aim of this new pre-admissibility system is for companies that are already registered with ProChile enter your details once a year through a single form, unlike before, when they had to do it for each of the calls to which they wanted to apply.

Registration will be open on the ProChile website in the pre-admissibility tab, where the company will be able to enter the unique form and add its data. Once it has done so, it will receive an email, within a maximum period of five business days, detailing that it is enabled to apply for the different planned activities for this 2024, which will be published on the ProChile website and also disseminated through institutional social networks or emailsamong other platforms.

This process is a permanent open window that will allow reducing the documentation that companies must attach in their applications to our activities, because we will no longer require, for example, uploading company RUT photocopy for each application, or uploading statements that required hand filling, since these will be included in the same form," said the General Director of ProChile, Ignacio Fernández.

In turn, he said that as an institution they want "our users to be able to participate in all the activities that are of their interest and that, in addition, the process is more friendly and ultimately easier. This pre-admissibility system is part of the mechanisms that we are developing for reach in a more direct way to everyone who wants to be part of ProChilein order that together we can continue to boost Chilean exports."

All companies wishing to participate and register their data must be previously registered in ProChile – Portals. Likewise, once the pre-admissibility has been completed, the rating is not a guarantee that the undertaking will be granted a share in the activity. This system will not apply for participation in international fairs, which has a different mechanism of application.
