The guild made available multiple salmon preparations for the thousands of attendees who arrived at the gastronomic event.
The XI edition of the Exposabors de Pucón, one of the Araucanía region’s leading food fairs, concluded successfully, drawing more than 20 thousand people to Hotel Enjoy over three days. Visitors explored more than 80 stands and sampled a wide range of dishes prepared by renowned Chilean and international chefs.
SalmonChile was once again part of this gastronomic event in collaboration with the PuconChef group. Together, they offered visitors different salmon preparations in their foodtruck.

During the three days of the event in Pucón, thousands of visitors enjoyed a unique experience full of surprises,” highlighted from the group PuconChef.
For his part, Ricardo López, territorial representative of SalmonChile in La Araucanía, said that “we are very happy to have participated again in this important gastronomic fair of the country, and we appreciate the support and commitment of the companies that accompanied us on this occasion: Australis, Multi-X and SudMaris. For us, it is essential to be present in initiatives such as this one and those carried out in areas where salmon farming plays an important role, putting in value a regional and southern Chilean product, whose productive chain involves more than five thousand people, many of them linked to communes like Pucón.”
This event reaffirms the commitment of the organizers and participants to offer quality gastronomic experiences and highlights the role of the salmon culture sector in the promotion of local products.
