The initiative aims to highlight the experience of those who work on board the company's wellboats, recognizing their perspective through photography.

In the framework of its commitment to the people who make up the aquaculture chain and to celebrate Sea Month, NACHIPA Wellboats announced the launch of its Photographic Competition 2025"Surfing together the southern sea". It is an open call to all people over 18 years old who have some direct relationship with the company, employees, suppliers, collaborators or customers of NACHIPA Wellboats.

The aim of the competition is to highlight and value the experience of working at sea, putting forward the perspective of those who are essential to daily operations in the sector. Through their eyes, it is hoped to capture not only the work, but also the moments of camaraderie, landscape and life on the vessels.

"This competition aims to recognize the visual talent of those who live aquaculture from the inside. Their perspectives are valuable and allow us to communicate in an authentic way what it means to work in this challenging and relevant sector for the country," said the organization.

Who can participate?

The competition is aimed at workers and staff linked to operations on vessels operated by NACHIPA Wellboats, and to all people who have any direct relationship with the company, workers, suppliers, collaborators or customers, regardless of their role or previous experience in photography. Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 original images, which will be evaluated by a jury according to criteria of originality, technique, visual storytelling and thematic relevance.
